Mail Order (Domestic)

For those who find it inconvenient to purchase at a store, we also offer mail order.
Please let us know the products you would like by phone, fax or e-mail.

When ordering by E-mail (cash on delivery), if you do not receive a reply from us confirming your order, your order will not be confirmed.

If you do not receive a confirmation of your order, please check the email address you entered and send it again.

Payment

You can choose your payment method from the options below.

• Cash on delivery (pay by cash or credit card upon delivery)
• Credit card

Shipping and handling fees

• *For Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands, we will provide a separate quote for each product.
• *If an exchange is necessary due to a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• *If you return the product for your own reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

About Shipping

We will ship your order within 3 days (business days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after confirming your order.

If you pay by credit card, your order will be shipped after the payment procedure is completed.
